The CertainTeed Poly-Spray C-540-A insulation blowing machine model U22P-29 is designed to spray fireproofing fiber. It has more power than other CertainTeed models and a smoother flow of fiber to the nozzle. A single electric motor drives both the positive displacement blower and hydraulic pump.
Prior to 2022, the Poly-Spray was known as the Unisul Poly-Spray. Unisul CertainTeed insulation machines are tan and red. CertainTeed Volu-Matic insulation machines produced in mid-2022 and beyond are white and blue.
Replacement parts for older models of the Poly-Spray fireproofing insulation blowing machines are limited. Please contact CertainTeed Machine Works Customer Service for assistance.
